PANJIM: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Goa has issued a weather warning until Thursday (November 4). IMD has stated that thunderstorms accompanied with lightning are very likely to occur across Goa with scattered distribution of rainfall.

IMD has issued a warning to fishermen not to venture into the sea during this period and has also asked the public to avoid open areas/fields, finding shelter under trees or other tall structures while lightning is taking place.
