BJP Spokesperson adv Yatish Naik has said that the Government is
not targeting anyone. In the process to weed out illegalities in the ODP, if
anyone is being exposed, it is not a political vendetta. He added that the committee’s
investigation is based on complaints received to govt and the committee under
Chief Town Planner will be submitting a report to the department on illegalities in ODP. He
asserted that a professional expert should draft an ODP so that illegalities
and irregularities do not find their way into the ODP.
