Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Wednesday said that the cabinet has approved to set up of India International University of Legal Education and Research in Goa. The said university will be set up under the Bar council of India. Speaking to media after the cabinet, CM Sawant has said ” International University of Legal Education & Research will be set up in Goa under Bar Council of India. International Arbitration Centre will also be set up at same place. The government will give them land, rest expenditure will be done by Bar Council of India. However, 20% reservation will be for Goa.
Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant also stated that the Cabinet has approved summoning of Goa Legislative Assembly from 28th July.
