PANJIM: The International Law Association, Regional Branch India, is organising an All India Seminar on the theme “International Commercial Law” on Friday in Goa which will be inaugurated by Chief Justice Dipak Mishra.
Addressing the media, Additional Solicitor General of India Atmaram Nadkarni said, “The International Law Association is a famous association round the globe and the president of the Indian Chapter is the Chief Justice of India. Tomorrow we will be going to have the International Commercial Law seminar and it will be inaugurated by Justice Dipak Mishra.”
Organising Secretary and Senior Advocate Pravin H Parekh said, “Session 1 will be on rule of law and international investment law, while session 2 will be on developments in international commercial and consumer laws.”
