In his compliance report, Rodrigues has stated that the contact numbers of nodal officers from the IPSCDL were also shared so that the citizens and also published in newspapers so that citizens could voice their concerns and alert the office to enable remedial actions to be taken immediately.
He further stated that the five private contractors were regularly watering the roads, minimum three times a day and were maintaining a daily watering log, which were certified by the executing departments daily.

Also steps are taken to ensure that water does not get stagnated at the site. It further discloses that safety gear is provided to all the workers at the site with photographic proof.
Regarding concerns raised by the residents pertaining to the mismatch between the road and footpath, the IPSCDL managing director has stated that it had engaged a specialised road milling machine to scrape the bituminous layer of the road in order to bring the height of the road below that of the footpath. This machine does not produce any dust. A total of 870 metres of road length had been milled as on April 15. This exercise had addressed the concerns on mismatch of road-pavement levels in totality.
