MARGAO: Margao Municipal Councillor Ketan Kurtarkar on Friday complained to the Collector South Ajit Roy about the functioning of e-services particularly relating to issuing travelling pass.
He alleged that the officials dealing with e-applications for travel passes summarily reject the request most often quoting “documents not sufficient” as the reason for rejection while many applications are rejected without attributing any reason.
“The administration should have first informed what documents are required; and the applicants particularly senior citizens are the worst affected as they do not know to handle an android phone,” he said.
