Joshua is GSIDC dy chief

PANJIM: The State government on Friday appointed first time Mapusa MLA Joshua D’Souza as the vice chairman of the Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC). 
The GSIDC vice chairman post was earlier held by former Panjim MLA Siddharth Kuncoliencar, who lost to Congress’ Antanasio Babush Monseratte.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is the chairman of the Corporation.
In another order, the government appointed Adv Narendra Sawaikar as the NRI Commissioner. Sawaikar held the post from 2012 to 2014 until he became the Member of Parliament from South Goa. 
Government also appointed former Sanguem MLA Subash Phaldesai as the vice chairman of the Entertainment Society of Goa.
