The order was to remove the said entire encroachment/pathway immediately and restore the nullah to its original position upon receipt of the notice dated 24 February 2014 by the Administrator of Comunidade of North Zone, Mapusa ( C B Shetkar).
Until the nullah is restored to its original position, my right to build the compound wall will not get solved and I am deprived of my fundamental right till date. Only after restoring the nullah to its original position by the said authority, I will get NOC from the TCP office and panchayat license. Now, three months have passed that I am waiting for complete justice, which is my right. Are you listening, Mr Administrator?
