PANJIM: The State government on Tuesday effected transfer of some IAS officers.
South Goa Collector Ruchika Katyal has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of State Taxes while Deputy Collector (South-I) Jyoti Kumari will now be the new South Goa Collector.
Director of Industries, Trade and Commerce Swetika Sachan, holding additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation Board has also been asked to hold additional charge of Chief Executive Officer of Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG).
Additional Secretary (Housing) Michael D’Souza has been posted as Managing Director of Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC). He will continue to hold the charge of Director Training of Goa Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (GIPARD). The transfer order will come into effect from May 13.
