PANJIM: Corporation of the City of Panaji’s (CCP) former corporators — Kabir Pinto Makhija and Kishor Sastry — have been nominated as co-opted corporators.
The order in this regard was issued last week by the State government.
The CCP can co-opt two former corporators, who can participate in the meetings but have no voting rights. The ruling CCP panel is backed by Panjim MLA Atanasio Monserrate and headed by his son Rohit as Mayor.
