MARGAO: Stating that the concerned authority and politician should not fool the Muslim community, Margao Municipal Council Councillor Mahesh Amonkar demanded to return back the money of the people residing at the proposed kabrastan land at Khareband, as several residents protested, here, on Tuesday.
Nearly 50 residents of Khareband, who had paid money for the land at the proposed kabrastan at Khareband under leadership of Councillor Mahesh, protested near the Margao Municipality, and demanded to return their money. He also alleged that Margao MLA Digambar Kamat is fully aware of the issue.
