BICHOLIM: Forty-five-year-old Praveen Chimbulkar, a resident of Karapur, Bicholim allegedly committed suicide in front of his house on Monday morning.
According to police, Praveen hanged himself inside a tent situated near his house.
He was a retired soldier and was working at the State Secretariat. His wife is a BJP leader.
The reason behind the suicide is yet to be ascertained. A note stating ‘sorry’ has been recovered by police.
