MARGAO: G R Kare College of Law, Margao, is ranked as India’s fourth outstanding Law Schools of Excellence, Western region, by the nationwide survey conducted by Competition Success Review while also being ranked at the top law institute in the State.
The award was conferred today at a ceremony held at New Delhi to celebrate the diamond jubilee of Competition Success Review. The award was received by Dr Maria Goretti Simoes e Morais, officiating Principal of the College.
Competition Success Review is India’s premier current affairs and career magazine which is in its 60th year of publication and has been a leader in competitive exams for almost four decades.
It is particularly useful for students appearing in competitive exams such as Civil Services, MBA, and Banking.
According to a press note, Kare College of Law has taken several proactive steps to enhance the standard of legal education and under the banner of GRK Judiciary Talks the college has invited High Court Judges to interact with the students.
The college has also won accolades at national level competitions besides having set up a Senior Advocate Manohar Usgaonkar Center of Excellence to prepare students for competitive exams. It is also conducting an orientation course for law students appearing for the All Goa Judicial Examination.
