PONDA: A 41-year-old Karwar native one Dinesh Desai was killed in a self-accident reported at Kutrekonn Mollem on Wednesday.
According to Collem police, Dinesh Desai who was travelling in his Alto Car lost control of the car and rammed it into a roadside tree. He sustained serious head injuries and succumbed to the same on being taken to the GMC. According to Collem Police, the deceased was proceeding from Collem to Mollem at 12.30 pm.
Meanwhile, one Pandurang Sawant, a 55-year-old resident of Cumbarjua succumbed to his injuries in GMC on Wednesday morning
According to Ponda Police, the deceased had sustained head injuries in a self accident reported last Wednesday at Marcel. The deceased was seriously injured when his scooter skidded off the road.
