BELGAUM: Union Minister for Railways Mallikarjun Kharge has stated that his ministry will expedite the work to complete the project till Tinaighta-Vasco.
Addressing a press conference at Londa, Kharge said: “I have directed the Railway Board to submit the survey report on the Tinaighat-Vasco section at the earliest so that the work can also be taken up immediately.”
He has also directed officials to look into the possibility of halting all trains at Dudhsagar waterfalls in Goa for the benefit of growing number of tourists during the rainy season.
