Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte is happy that OBC reservations are done. However he said in certain places members of the OBC community are in a minority, and even if there is a candidate in those areas, they may not give the right candidate the chance to contest in a particular ward. He emphasized the importance of fair panchayat elections.
