MARGAO: Additional Sessions Judge I Edgar Fernandes acquitted three persons who were charged with kidnapping and attempting to murder one Ramsharomani Yadav from Vasco in August 2012.
On August 3, 2012 the three allegedly gave Ramsharomani coffee that was mixed with stupefying drug and then kidnapped him in a WagonR vehicle and took him to Tillary Ghat in Maharashtra where they assaulted him and then pushed him in the ghat to die. However, as the prosecution failed to prove the charges.
