MARGAO: Fatorda Police on Sunday arrested 25-year-old Philibai, a native of Gujarat, who apparently kidnapped a minor 17-year-old girl on April 30, 2018 and fled with her to his native place. A police team went to Gujarat and traced Philibai at his native place where the minor girl was also found living with his family. While the girl has been handed over to her parents the accused will now be produced before the courts for police custody.
