PANJIM: The North Collector revoked the order sending a family from Kothambi -Pale to the old-age home and directed the deputy collector, mamlatdar and in-charge of old-age homes to release them and return their belongings.
The girl and her family were released but the Bicholim deputy collector and the mamlatdar did not return the belongings of the family, claimed Sabina Martins of Bailancho Saad.
“Their belongings are still in the Sarmanas Government Primary School and keys with them”, she said.
