KRC cancels trains due to heavy rains

MARGAO: Konkan Railway Corporation (KRC) whilst clarifying that their route is fully functional and threatening to file a complaint against the persons who posted the false message that the route is closed due to a massive landslide at Karwar however, announced cancellation of some trains due to the incessant rains.
Due to heavy rains in Kerala train No 12617 Ernakulam to Nizamudin is partially cancelled from Ernakulam to Mangalore. Similarly Train no. 22476 from Coimbatore to Hisar is partially cancelled from Coimbatore to Mangalore and Train No. 16312 from Kochuvelli to Sri Ganganagar in Rajasthan is cancelled.
Due to heavy rainfall, water logging and landslides over Central, Southern and South Western Railways the following trains are cancelled:
Train No. 12431 from Trivandrum to Hazrat Nizamuddin, train No. 16338 from Ernakulam to Okha, train No. 12217 from Kochuvelli to Chandigarh, train No. 22653 from Hazur Sahib, Nanded to Hazrat Nizamuddin, train No. 16346 from Tiruvananthapuram to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and train No. 11097 from Pune to Ernakulam are cancelled.
The following trains scheduled on 12th August 2019 are also cancelled: Train No. 16345 from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Tiruvananthapuram, Train No. 12618 from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Ernakulam, train No. 22660 from Dehradun to Kiochuveli, train No. 22149 from Ernakulam to Pune.
Trains scheduled for 14th August are also cancelled as follows: Train No. 22150 from Pune to Ernakulam, train No. 12218 from Chandigarh to Kochuvelli. Train No. 22149 scheduled to leave from Ernakulam for Pune is also cancelled along with some other trains.
