Finally, two months after closing the KTC Bus Stand shed for passengers,
the KTC has decided to repair and renovate the Bus Stand at a cost of around Rs
1 crore Power Minister said local MLA Sudin Dhavlikar.
PWD officials also inspected
the temporary shed which has been erected for passengers. It may be recalled that the KTC Bus Stand shed has been closed for passengers three months ago after there was a structural report that the passenger’s shed was posing risk to commuters.
The officials said
the work order has been issued to the contractor and the work on renovation would
start soon and be completed within three months.
