BICHOLIM: A joint meeting of KTC officials and political representatives was held at Bicholim to discuss the issue of construction/repair of the bus stand, recently.
The meeting was attended by chairman of Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation Siddharth Kunkolkar, Bicholim MLA Rajesh Patnekar, KTC officials Gurudas Naik, Sandeep Chodankar and others.
At the meeting, it was decided to inspect the bus stand. Bicholim MLA Rajesh Patnekar informed that a decision has been made to undertake the repair work of bus stand. He informed that a special net will be placed on the roof as a protection measure to protect public.
Siddharth Kunkolkar said new plan of KTC bus stand was ready and the same would be made public on October 8 after which work of the new bus stand would be undertaken.
