VASCO: Kadamba Transport Corporation (KTC) Chairman and Vasco MLA Carlos Almeida on Friday informed that his Corporation plans to introduce radio-frequency identification (RFID) cards system in Goa as soon as possible so that any traveller can tap his/her card and enter into any KTC bus without any hassle.
He also informed that eight KTC officials would be sent to London on Saturday to study the transport system there.
He was speaking to reporters after launching the first air-conditioned and sleeper coach fleet of the KTC on Vasco-Pune route at Vasco on Friday.
“We also want to start depot management system so that all operations under the depot can be managed professionally,” the KTC Chairman said.
