PERNEM: A labourer, Naval Chaudhari from Jharkhand was killed after the wall and a heavy iron pipe fell on him. He was working at an under contruction site at the Manohar International Airport, Mopa. The deceased was severely injured after the incident which occurred on Wednesday afternoon and succumbed to his injuries while on the way to the hospital.
Mopa police registered it as a case of unnatural death. The expansion of the Mopa Airport is underway where a retaining is being built.
