PONDA: The body of a UP native Vakhil Rajabhore (30), residing at Panchawadi in Shiroda, was found on the banks of the Zuari River at Panchawadi.
According to the Ponda police the deceased along with three other labourers were a sharing common room and were involved in the extraction of sand and on Wednesday at 1 pm, the deceased had gone alone to the river saying that he was going to take a bath. However, when he did not return, the police was informed who conducted a search and found his body lying on the bank of river coast. The body has been sent for post-mortem to ascertain the cause of death.
