The targeted property belonged to Dominic Cardoz, a resident of Morjim, and the distressing event was captured on CCTV surveillance. The footage clearly shows an individual wearing a helmet approaching the property with a bottle in hand, deliberately setting the car ablaze. Dominic Cardoz has suffered significant losses as a result of this incident.
Following the arson attack, Dominic promptly filed a police complaint. Despite submitting the formal complaint and providing the incriminating CCTV footage to the police, there has been no progress in addressing this serious matter.
