PANJIM: The Special Investigating Team (SIT) on Monday re-arrested Rajkumar Maithi, one of the three key accused in the land grab case, who was out on bail.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Nidhin Valsan on Tuesday confirmed the arrest of Maithi over his involvement in yet another land grab case involving property, bearing survey number 33/3 in Assagao village.
The complaint was filed by Neville D’Souza alleging fraud of his property. The accused has been remanded to three days of police custody by Mapusa Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC).
