Bardez Communidade Administrator has sent a show cause notice to Nerul Communidade Attorney of the alleged transferring of shares. The secretary of the Nerul Comunidade has filed a police complaint against then Nerul Communidade Attorney Romana Cordo who allegedly illegally transferred 72 shares belonging to several shareholders. Cardo then published a notice in the Official Gazette stating that share certificates of 195 shares stand in the name of her grand uncle Pedro Paul De Souza of Nerul.
Another set of shares which she said stand in the name of her uncle Matias Aguustinho Henrique Cardo were transferred on the pretext that she had lost the original share certificates. Complainant Anil Kenkre said the present attorney cannot contest more than two terms but the present Attorney is continuing since 2012 and the treasurer is also continuing since 2012.
