QUEPEM: Movement of leopard after mid night was caught in the CCTVs of Housing Board Colony and Karmali Estate. CCTV footage also shows a leopard is sitting on the compound wall of Sai Mahselkar Residence in Housing Board. Karmali Estate Bungalow CCTV shows leopard moving in parking area freely. In this residential area there are also incidents of leopard attacking dogs, which have now created panic in this area
Siddhi Mahselkar, resident at Housing Board colony said “Leopard has already caught our dog four days ago and after that night leopard continuously came in our premises.Now it has become dangerous.”
RFO Quepem, Siddesh Gawade said “We had put traps but for last five days no leopard is seen in any CCTV footage. Every day we are visiting there to see the situation.
