PONDA: Around 300 workers of lift manufacturing company boycotted work and protested the harassment meted out to them by the management.
The workers said they were being issued frequent memos and salaries were cut on some pretext or the other. The workers urged the owner and HR team to find a solution to the problem.
The strike was withdrawn after a three-hour long discussion with the management.
The management managed to give in to eight demands of the employees and the workers were also asked to abide by the rules and regulations.
