MAPUSA: Mapusa Police seized illicit liquor worth Rs 34.37 lakh during a raid on a warehouse at Angod, Mapusa.
According to Mapusa Police, they received information that massive quantity of liquor is stored in a warehouse at Angod.
A team of Mapusa Police raided the premises and seized 1,100 liquor bottles of various brands all worth Rs 34.37 lakh. This warehouse is owned by one Saish Sawant.
Mapusa Police handed over the seized liquor to the Excise Department.
