VASCO: The Mormugao excise inspectors seized liquor bottles worth Rs 38,000 from a restaurant.
According to the Mormugao excise inspectors, they conducted a raid in an illegal restaurant premises at Chicolna-Bogmalo and seized liquor bottles of different brands and totally valued at Rs 38,002. The total liquor seized was around 64.570 bulk litres and included different brands of alcohol.
The raid was conducted under the Mormugao Taluka Excise in-charge Inspector Devendra Ghanate, flying squad in-charge of Taluka Excise Inspector Samit Nayak along with the team of officials namely Rameez Mulla, Mayur Gokani and Shabbir Shaikh.
