The duo was closeted in Lobo’s office at Calangute for more than an hour on Friday and then again on Monday.
Locals speculate that the politicos are either trying to join the Congress or planning to float another party for the upcoming Assembly elections. When contacted, Lobo admitted to the one-on-one meetings with Alemao, but did not wish to reveal any details.
