It may be recalled that the Benaulim Civic and Consumer Forum had filed a case against the project and had got a stay on the work of “Triumph Realty” at Benaulim.
“It is amazing that work still continues even after getting a stay order for any sort of activity at the site. In fact there was an order of the GCZMA to stop all work and demolish the structures, which are deemed illegal. But they are not honouring the order and are violating it,” said Jose Rodrigues of Benaulim.
