The Maharashtra political saga continued to unfold in Goa. On Saturday, as early as 4 am, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde who had left for Mumbai from Goa on Friday, arrived back in Goa. He is meeting his rebel group MLAs, who are camping in a resort in the state. Shinde and his group are scheduled to leave for Mumbai on Saturday.
The election of the Maharashtra Speaker is scheduled for Sunday, while the vote of confidence in the Shinde govt will be held on Monday, in Mumbai.
