PANJIM: The Mushtifund Aryaan Higher Secondary School (MAHSS) student, Anvesh Bandekar, emerged as the State topper in the JEE (Main) exams, the results of which were announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Monday.
A total 15 students scored above 99 percentile of which four students scored above 99.5 percentile. Bandekar scored 99.94 percentile.
Mushtifund Aryans HSS Director Venkatesh Prabhudesai said that the school has created history in Goa by beating its earlier record, wherein total 14 students had scored above 99 percentile in 2021.
Aditya Parsekar stood second with 99.83 percentile.
The other students who scored above 99 percentile includes Aashish Zantye (topper from Sindhudurga – MAHSS), Krushal Jain, Parth Naik, Shivam Salgaocar, Aditya Mahaldar, Ronit Kunkolienkar, Sravan Suresh, Sanskrati Saxena, Gandharav Sawant, Sairam Wani, Sanjivkumar Naik, Pradneya Prabhudesai and Sameehan Saolapurkar.
