PANJIM: Goa Pradesh Mahila Congress (GPMC) on Thursday demanded that sports area be made holy by taking action against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president and MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, alleged accused of sexual harassment.
GPMC President Beena Naik lambasted the BJP government for shielding Singh and demanded to arrest him immediately.
Naik said that wrestler Bajrang Punia, Olympic bronze medallist, Sakshi Malik and others protesting at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, were treated badly by BJP government.
