Mammoth charge sheet against Mahanand
PONDA, JULY 31 (HC) — Ponda police on Friday filed a mammoth 820-page charge sheet against the alleged serial killer Mahanand Naik before the Ponda Judicial Magistrate First Class, in connection with the murder of Yogita Naik of Nagzar-Ponda.
Naik has also been charge sheeted in a rape case before the same court. Police has registered the statements of 84 witnesses in the 820-page charge sheet.
