VASCO: Verna police and DySP South Goa have launched a massive manhunt to trace the missing girl tangle in the alleged rape case involving Congress candidate Babush Monserrate. DySp Sunita Sawant said Verna police are contacting Goa police and also police from the neighbouring States to get clues in finding the missing girl.
DySp Mormugao Sunita Sawant said that they have launched a manhunt to trace the missing girl. “We have four teams and we are contacting police from all over Goa and also outside the State,” she said.
When asked whether they have found any lead in this case or any traces,
She said that so far they have not received any concrete evidence or lead. Investigation is on from all possible angles.
