PANJIM: The State Commission for Persons with Disabilities in collaboration with Enable India successfully organised a transformative workshop, titled ‘Manthan – a workshop for torchbearers of disability’ which was aimed at empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and individuals dedicated to their welfare.
This workshop held at Manohar Parrikar hall at Sanjay Centre for Special Education served as a platform for invaluable knowledge sharing, fostering connections, and promoting the cause of inclusivity.
“Empowering individuals with disabilities is a collective endeavour and these workshops play a vital role in fostering inclusivity and understanding. Let us continue to work together towards a more inclusive and compassionate society,” Minister for Social Welfare Subhash Phal Dessai said.
