MAPUSA: In a case of twists and turns, the Mapusa Police have arrested the owners of Hilltop Bar and Restaurant for negligence pertaining to the gas cylinder blast case.
Ramkrishna Mayekar and another woman were later arrested by the police in an incident that took place on January 22.
It may be recalled that major blast was witnessed in the wee hours of dawn on January 22 in bar and restaurant located on the ground floor of Breeze Apartments in Mapusa.
