MARGAO: The parking areas outside the dry fish market and the vegetable market in Margao, which were neglected for many years, were hot-mixed as part of the project ‘Clean Margao Green Margao’ (CMGM), an initiative by Rajendra Talak and Group. A total area of 4,000 sq mts has been asphalted.
Rajendra Talak of CMGM stated that this would help prevent dust pollution in the market areas and would allow people to park their vehicles without any hassles. He appealed to the public to make the best use of the parking areas and follow the signboards there.
