The incident is believed to have taken place Sunday due to a suspected electrical short circuit. Fire officer V S Parab informed that goods such as textiles, readymade garments and plastic carpets were destroyed in the fire. While the loss was pegged at Rs 3 lakh, property worth Rs 3 lakh was saved.
