MARGAO: The geometrics of all the nullahs in Margao will be reviewed and necessary steps will be taken to modify the same as per changing times and need.
WRD Minister Filipe Neri Rodrigues informed of the work after the Margao MLA Digambar Kamat pursued for the same.
Margao MLA Digambar Kamat informed that there are many nullahs which pass through the properties of residents and also cause a lot of inconvenience.
“Some nullahs pass beneath the roads, on the sides of roads which also results inconvenience in taking up works,” he said.
One of the projects of a nullah in Margao has been tendered for changing the aligning the nullah.
“If there is a problem and is solved it is good for the public,” said Digambar.
