The Mata Vaishno Devi Jagran organised by the Punjabi Samaj, Goa will be held on April 17 at Samrat Gardens next to the swimming pool complex, Fatorda.
The Jagran will begin with Prasad Grahan at 20.30 hrs and the actual program will begin at 22 hours which will continue the whole night upto the special Arti at 6 am in the morning.
This is the 10th year the Punjabi Samaj is holding the Jagran in Margao. In fact, the Samaj is the only organisation under the Chairmanship of Digambar Kamat which has been regularly performing the Jagran in Margao with people from all sects and all parts of Goa devotedly waiting for the function to seek blessings of Goddess Shakti.
Mata Vaishno Devi is recognised as one of the Shakti Peeths of Goddess Durga. This Holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi which is located in the folds of might Tirkuta Hills attracts lakhs of devotees from all parts of India and abroad.
