MARGAO: A matka case being heard in JMFC Margao was stopped by the judge after finding the evidence against the accused insufficient and absence of a definition of matka in Gambling Act.
A matka case was being heard by the JMFC Margao against Neeraj Jain, a native of Delhi residing at Colva. Neeraj was being tried for offences under Public Gambling Act after he was caught accepting bets on December 7, 2018 near a Restaurant in Colva.
