Mauvin blames govt for not availing central funding
PANJIM, FEB 4 Sounding critical of the government functioning, Deputy Speaker Mauvin Godinho today said no central government-funded infrastructural projects have come to Goa in the field of tourism and others because the state government has failed to submit proposals and schemes to the Centre for approval.
