MARGAO: The BJP Campaign Chief of South Goa Mauvin Godinho has expressed full confidence of winning five out of five elections of Goa.
He was speaking at a press conference held at Margao. He further singled out the mood of the young voter as one of the reasons why BJP will win the Lok Sabha elections and the three by-polls.
He added that in the beginning people were negative, especially from Salcete but that now, their views had changed dramatically and that the people were thinking wisely now.
While speaking of Salcete he said “Give me one example what BJP did against minorities? We are 8 MLAs in BJP and 2 cabinet ministers and we feel like home and feel more love of from our colleagues in BJP.” He further criticised the alleged poisoning the minds of people of Salcete.
Mauvin also affirmed that they will double the lead of BJP in Mormugao.
“Appreciating the central leadership, Mauvin said that people have seen the work done by Modi and further praised Union Ministers including Nitin Gadkari for giving a massive Rs 15,000 crores to Goa for surface transport improvement.
“We have already planned to make the Dabolim airport into one of the best international airports under the leadership of Union Minister Suresh Prabhu,” he added.
