BICHOLIM: Mayem MLA PremendraShet held a meeting with the Electricity Department officials and KarapurVillage Panchayat members to discuss the power outages in Karapur-Sarvan.
The MLA directed the officials to resolve the issue immediately.
“The line that serves power supply to Bicholim, Sanquelimis further extended to Karapur. Since there’s been complaints about frequent power cuts in the village, I’ve asked the officials to look into it immediately. I have also suggested to connect Karapur with feeder at Amona. Further, the Electricity Department has been ordered to repair the lines wherever necessary,” Shet said.
