PANJIM: The State cabinet on Wednesday approved extending the Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana (DDSSY) Scheme to Goa government employees.
However, the scheme has been made optional and the employee will have to choose at the start of the year between the existing medical reimbursement scheme and the DDSSY.
The DDSSY scheme shall be optional to present medical reimbursement.
